Real estate market in Peru would be considered highly attractive by foreign investors

(ANDINA).- Foreign entrepreneurs are interested in investing in Peruvian real state sector, which has been growing in the last months and turning into a safe refuge for investments, due to the international financial crisis, reported Monday the investment manager of DH Mont consortium, Marco Puga.

“Colombians, Chileans, Spanish, Americans and Bolivians, not only big companies but smalls ones as well, all are coming to explore the Peruvian market, because they think our country is still growing and will turn into a good investment destination due to its stable economic conditions”, he told Andina news agency.

He said that this is a phenomenon, which has been growing since 2007, as a consequence of volatility in international markets, and due to the real state crisis affecting the United States and other European countries.

Real state market in Peru is considered very attractive by foreign investors, due to high demand of properties in the country, Puga stated.
